THE RED BEAN RED VELVET ::
In efforts to be more socially [and fiscally] responsible I’ve decided to try and explore baking with as few imported ingredients as possible. While exploring the local convenience store I came up with this moon cake inspired cupcake, red velvet cake baked with red bean paste filling, cream cheese frosting and sesame seeds on top. Fit for a sanlunche street vendor!
